The deal, in plain words.
These are the terms for using GPrint and the GPrint Pro subscription. They are written to be read. Where the law gives you rights that these terms cannot take away, especially as a consumer, those rights win.
The short version. GPrint is a Mac app. It costs $4.99 a month after a 7-day free trial, cancel any time. Your app, your data and your AI account are yours. GPrint is not the AI, and it does not host your app; those are services you hold with other companies. We will not lock you in, and we will not charge you without telling you first.
1. Who we are
GPrint is made and sold by G&G Digital Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under number 15189068. Contact: g@greis.uk.
2. What GPrint is, and is not
GPrint is software for your Mac that gives an AI coding assistant a place to build an app: a browser to test in, a view of the app's data, a way to keep versions, and a way to put the app online. It runs on your computer.
GPrint is not the AI. Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and any other assistant you use are separate products with their own accounts, prices and terms. GPrint does not host your app either; putting it online uses your own Railway account. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or what they charge.
The apps you build with GPrint are yours. We claim no rights in them, and we never see them.
3. The subscription
- Price. GPrint Pro costs US$4.99 a month, plus VAT or sales tax where it applies. The tax is shown before you pay.
- Free trial. The first 7 days are free. You give a payment method when you start, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Renewal. After the trial the subscription renews every month until you cancel. Stripe emails you before the first charge and before each renewal, as card rules require.
- Cancelling. You can cancel any time from Settings in GPrint, which opens your subscription page. Cancelling stops the next charge; GPrint keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds. If GPrint does not work as described and we cannot fix it, tell us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge. We do not refund part-months after you cancel.
- Your right to cancel. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of subscribing. Because the free trial is longer than that and costs nothing, cancelling during the trial is how you use that right. After a charge, section 3's refund line applies.
- Price changes. If the price changes we will email you at least 30 days before it affects you, and you can cancel before it does.
4. Your licence key
When you subscribe you get a key. It lets GPrint run on up to two Macs that you use. Do not share it or sell it. If a key is being used by more people than the plan allows, we may reset it and ask you to activate again. We may also ask you to activate again if we have reason to think a key was obtained fraudulently.
GPrint checks the key with our server about once a day. If it cannot reach us, it keeps working for seven days before it asks you to connect.
5. What you agree not to do
- Use GPrint to build something illegal, or to attack other people's systems.
- Try to defeat the licence check, or redistribute GPrint.
- Use one subscription for a whole team. One subscription is for one person.
6. What we promise, and what we do not
We will keep GPrint working as described on gprint.ai, fix problems we can reproduce, and tell you about changes that affect you. Early access software has rough edges, and we will be honest about them.
We do not promise that any AI will build what you ask, that your app will work, or that it will make you money. The AI's output is the AI's, and what you put online is your responsibility.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you subscribed, for losses caused by services we do not control, or for losses that come from your own app or data. Nothing here limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law does not let us limit. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Ending things
You can stop at any time by cancelling. We can end your subscription if you break these terms, with a refund of any period you paid for and have not used, unless the breach was serious. If we stop selling GPrint, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund unused time.
When a subscription ends, GPrint stops opening projects, but your app and its data stay in your folder and on your own accounts. Nothing is deleted.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, cancel before then and the old terms apply until you leave.
9. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of your local consumer law and may bring a claim in your local courts.
